Textile Artistry

Here is one of my newest achievements, a Sherlock Holmes hat. I made this for Cindy Lockman's sister, who takes care of a lot of horses and is out in the cold weather breaking up frozen water troughs and checking on the animals. I thought it would keep her ears warm as the little bow on top, unties and ear flaps come down over the ears and is held in place by a tie string. Not to shabby for my first efforts, I think!
